New Baghouses

BPS baghouses are self-contained, and fully automated where needed. We also supply and install ducting, access platforms, ventilation and instrumentation. Baghouses are engineered for dusts of 3 microns and larger, in these applications:

Convert to New Pulse Jet Technology

By converting your old shaker equipment structure, screw conveyors, discharge valves electrical and foundations can remain in tact as well as all inlet piping. This can add up to a significant cost saving over new installations. Slight modifications are sometimes required to outlet piping. New fans can be installed to increase airflow by as much as 100%. New pulse jet technology can allow for increased airflow because of High Energy cleaning. Systems can be designed with high headers and even high inlets to allow for easy maintenance. To confirm a price all you need is the width and length of the existing collector along with the existing air flow and bag area. Based in each application we can make recommendations for new airflow rates and give pricing for new units including estimated cost for a turnkey installation
