How will BPS do this?

Step 1.
Air Permeability Testing with the "LD Module"
This unit is designed to:

• Examine the condition of the filter bags, cages in their operational environment.
• Measure air permeability on the "installed" bag which will determine actual values in use.
• Deliver test results directly on-site.
• Leave filter cake on the filter bag without largely destroying it.
• Test the effectiveness of the cleaning mechanisms

After the LD Mobile has been completed we will be well educated on how to proceed. If experiencing high differential pressure or short bag life we continue to the next step.

Step 2.
Clean the filter bags "in-situ" using our unique High Efficiency Cleaning (HEC) device. BPS This service will provide:

• Absolute cleaning of the filter bag
• Single bag cleaning with extreme high intensity, and avoiding induction action of the pulse jet.
• Reduce pressure drop differential.
• Cleaning during normal operating conditions or brief shutdowns.
